1. Is this the official VOPLLS website?
Yes. www.vopllstech.com is the one and only official VOPLLS website.
We are aware that some unofficial websites may imitate the VOPLLS brand online. To ensure authentic products, official support, and secure purchases, we recommend ordering only through our official store or authorized marketplaces. We also sell through Amazon and TikTok Shop, but ordering directly from our official store gives you direct support from the VOPLLS official team.
2. What if I need help after purchase?
If you purchased from our official website, please contact us at vopllsofficial@gmail.com and include your order number along with a brief description of the issue. Our official support team will be happy to assist you.
If your VOPLLS product was purchased through Amazon or TikTok Shop, please contact our dedicated after-sales support team at voplls@vskingtech.com for faster assistance related to those platforms.
3. Where do you ship from?
At the moment, the United States is our most established shipping region. Most US orders are shipped directly from our US warehouse, and we also support delivery to select areas in Canada.
If you are located in Canada, we kindly recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm whether your address is within our current delivery range.
In addition, we are actively expanding our warehouse and fulfillment network across major global markets. Besides our mature US shipping system, localized fulfillment for the UK, Germany, and Australia is also gradually being developed. Our Germany warehouse will eventually support delivery to most European countries.
Currently, purchases are officially available for the US market only, but additional regions will be opening very soon.
For US orders over $100 USD, we currently offer free shipping service.
4. Is VOPLLS a big company?

5. Why do many projectors claim thousands of lumens but look grey and washed out? How do I choose?
The industry often inflates specs using "Light Source Lumens" (raw LED data), not real ANSI/CVIA brightness.The purpose is to attract you
Brightness isn't everything; matching your room is key:
Bedroom/Small Room (Dark Environment): 150–600 real ANSI lumens is enough. A projector is not a TV. Just like in a cinema, a dark room delivers the best color and contrast.
Living Room/Large Space (Ambient Light): Choose 600+ real ANSI lumens with an ambient light-rejecting screen.
voplls Tip: Ignore inflated numbers. Choose based on your room size and light control to get a truly vivid image.
Product-related
1. Is a projector a substitute for a TV?
No. A projector is a cinema device. Just like in a movie theater, a dark environment (bedroom at night) is essential to unlock its full color and contrast. We help you choose the right model for your room, not just the brightest one.
2. I have a small bedroom and only watch movies at night. Which model is better for me?
Go for voplls Q5 or K3 (170 -300ANSI +/- 10%)It's enough for you. High brightness is useless here; our focus on color accuracy ensures a cinematic experience without wasting money on unnecessary lumens.
Both devices come with Netflix pre-installed.

3. Does VOPLLS support Netflix and YouTube?
Yes. Selected models like the G3 and G7 come with genuine Google TV built in, giving you direct access to Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, and more.
4. Can the projector be ceiling mounted?
Most VOPLLS projectors support ceiling mounting with a compatible mounting bracket.You can search for universal ceiling brackets on Amazon; they cost approximately $15-50.
Most of our projectors feature omnidirectional autofocus. If you must mount your projector on the ceiling, we recommend consulting us before placing your order to confirm details.
5. Does the projector support Bluetooth speakers or soundbars?
Yes. Most VOPLLS smart projectors support Bluetooth audio connections as well as HDMI ARC for compatible soundbars and external audio systems.
For the best HDMI ARC and Dolby Atmos experience, we recommend using a high-speed HDMI 2.1 cable, as audio performance may vary depending on the cable specification and connected devices.
6. Can I play PPT, TXT, or Office files directly from a USB drive?
Support may vary depending on the projector model:
• VOPLLS G3 and G7 support playing PPT, TXT, and other Office-related files from a USB drive. You can also install office apps such as WPS Office through the Google Play Store for an even better viewing experience.
• VOPLLS Q5 and A6 supports USB playback for PPT and TXT files as well. For Office documents, please first install WPS Office from the app store before opening files from your USB drive.
• VOPLLS K3 currently does not support USB playback for PPT, TXT, or Office document files.
7. Does VOPLLS support wireless screen mirroring?
Yes. VOPLLS projectors support wireless screen mirroring through AirPlay and Miracast, allowing you to easily cast content from phones, tablets, laptops, and compatible streaming or gaming devices directly to the big screen without extra cables.
8. Why doesn't the picture look bright?
To achieve optimal contrast and color saturation, we recommend operating the projector in a low-light or dark room. Image quality is directly proportional to ambient darkness.

1. Where do you ship from?
Most US orders are shipped directly from our US warehouse for faster delivery. We are also expanding fulfillment services in Europe, the UK, and Australia.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. US orders over $100 USD currently qualify for free shipping.
Other regions await further notice.
3. Which countries can currently place orders?
At the moment, our official website primarily supports orders within the United States and Canada. Additional regions will gradually become available soon.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our secure checkout system.
In addition: PayPal support will also be available soon.
5. How long does shipping usually take?
Most US warehouse orders are processed within 3–7 business days, with delivery times depending on the carrier and destination. we usually use UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.
Items shipping from our HK/Shenzhen warehouse (via YunExpress) may take 5–12 business days to arrive in the US, CA, AU, and EU.
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once a package has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

2. Why are there different prices on different platforms?
Prices and promotions may vary depending on the platform, local warehouse availability, regional policies, and marketplace campaigns.
However, purchasing directly from our official website often provides the most direct access to the VOPLLS team, official product updates, and personalized customer support throughout your experience.
We always encourage customers to choose the purchasing channel that feels most comfortable and convenient for them.
3. What are your customer support hours?
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Hong Kong Time).
4. Is there a real person behind the website live chat?
Yes — real humans reply here.
However, outside of our normal business hours, some messages may first receive automated AI replies to help answer common questions more quickly.
5. Do you have a return or exchange service?
Yes, we provide 30-day return and exchange service. Of course, this must be in the case of intact appearance. If it is intentionally damaged, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please understand.Please refer to our Refund Policyfor details.
6. What should I do if my remote control is lost or stops working?
